Delivery Info


Shipping Policy  

We are offering delivery method as below:

1. Courier service for delivery within Malaysia

  • Your order shall be dispatched via CITY-LINK EXPRESS with tracking information.
  • For Peninsula Malaysia shipment excluding island destination, next working day deliver (D+1).
  • For shipments bound for East Malaysia, depending on the location, 3 to 7 days of transit time is required.
  • Please note that we do not ship to hotels addresses or any other temporary addresses.
  • We reserve the right to reject delivery to any address at its own discretion.
  • Any failed delivery due to incorrect information, thus additional charges for reshipping will be liable from the buyer.
  • The shipping rates are as follows:
    • To Peninsula Malaysia, a flat courier fee RM10 (excl. GST) for order amount less than RM120; courier fee is absorbed for order amount reaches RM120 or more.
    • To East Malaysia, courier fee is RM20 for every 1kg. E.g. courier fee RM40 for 2kg product.

2. Delivery Outside of Malaysia

  • Current this online store does not include for delivery outside of Malaysia. Any order which to be delivered outside of Malaysia must be done manually.
  • International order shall be dispatched via CITY-LINK EXPRESS with tracking information if buyers do not appoint us any courier company with its respective account number.
  • CITY-LINK EXPRESS shipping cost will be checked and update buyer manually. We will require a shipping address and billing address in any international countries.
  • Delivery by this service will normally take 7-14 business days after order confirmation receipt of payment.


Order Process  

Please find our order process procedure:

  • All orders will be processed on a daily basis during business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • 1 to 3 business days required for order processing after order confirmation receipt of payment.
  • For urgent orders, please make a note in your order form. We will try our best to carry a special arrangement for you. However, any necessary extra charges will be informed and charged into your account.

Upon delivery of your parcel, tracking number will be provided through your contact email.
